Job Title 

Lead – Microservices Java 

Experience 

10-12 years 

Requirements and responsibilities 

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java and Microservices.  

  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, JUnit and SQL. 

  • Minimum of one project experience as Tech Lead. 

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize technical tasks and deliver within agreed timelines. 

  • Experience in designing, integrating and managing complex software solutions. 

  • Experience in planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices. 

  • Strong knowledge on Git/GitHub. 

  • Experience in working on multiple technologies and medium-to-complex systems, well versed with design standards & framework. 

  • Working knowledge in Agile DevOps model. 

  • Excellent problem solving / troubleshooting skills. 

  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) as there will be a requirement to interact with clients. 

  • Strong reporting skills in status calls/scrum calls/status emails.
