Job Title   

Technical Delivery Manager - Java Microservices, Next.js, Software Testing 

Experience   

8+ years 

Requirements   

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery management. 

• Strong expertise in Java Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development. 

• Experience with Next.js, React, and frontend development frameworks. 

• Deep understanding of software testing strategies, automation tools, and QA best practices. 

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps processes. 

• Prior experience working onsite at customer offices, managing client relationships, and gathering requirements. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to drive technical decisions, resolve conflicts, and ensure cross-functional collaboration. 

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. 

Preferred skills: 

• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Familiarity with API gateways, service mesh, and microservices orchestration. 

• Understanding of performance testing and security best practices. 

Roles and responsibilities   

• Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. 

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 

• Manage and mentor software engineering teams working on Java Microservices, Next.js, and software testing frameworks. 

• Oversee project planning, risk management, and issue resolution to meet delivery expectations. 

• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Drive technical discussions, architectural decisions, and implementation strategies. 

• Establish strong client relationships by working from the customer office, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals. 

• Conduct regular status updates, stakeholder meetings, and performance reviews to track project progress. 

• Optimize development processes, enhance testing strategies, and improve deployment pipelines.
