Deep understanding of software testing strategies, automation tools, and QA best practices. 6. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps processes. 7. Prior experience working onsite at customer offices, managing client relationships, and gathering requirements. 8. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 9. Ability to drive technical decisions, resolve conflicts, and ensure cross-functional collaboration. 10. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. |
