12 -15 Years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years of experience as PM. Certified SM' would be preferred.

Critical skills:

• Ability to manage multiple agile teams and comfortable in planning & managing Jira Scrum boards
• Ability to track, monitor, report multiple agile boards for sprint commitments
• Proficient communication with ability to handle inter-personnel conflicts and manage multiple customer stakeholders
• Good Java FS & AWS background is very important with good overall SDLC experience
• Should be able to understand/analyse functional & non-functional requirements and guide the team
• Should have a "Quality First" mindset in the approaches/plan with experience in CMMi aligned process' exposure for overall project execution/management
