| Skills | 1. 3-5 years of experience as Scrum master in Agile teams. 2. Help agile teams improve and algin to agile methodology. Train team on agile methodology, agile processes, build/review metrics and assess/guide team for improvement. 3. Accountable for establishing the Values and Principles as defined in the Agile Manifesto 4. Coaches Teams on how to effectively manage and function autonomously while ensuring quality through a shared Definition of Done. 5. Participate in team agile process like standup, grooming , etc. Organizing and expressing the backlog for technical and non-technical audiences 6. Accountable for the effectiveness of the Teams through the removal of Impediments. Leads Teams and Organizations through uncertainty by creating environments that cultivate continuous feedback and Retrospection 7. Conduct bi-weekly sprint review with leadership and monthly summary of team progress 8. Ensures stakeholder involvement is facilitated and that stakeholders are updated as needed 9. Excellent Communication skills and a history of consistent positive interactions with Stakeholders |
