| Skills | • Experience in Cisco Unified Communication solutions, including CUCM, Unity, CUC, and UCCX. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, along with hands-on expertise in managing Cisco voice gateways, IP phones, and voicemail systems. • Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration are highly desirable. • Strong understanding of network security principles, including encryption, access control, and threat mitigation in VOIP environments. |
| Responsibilities | • Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Unified Communication solutions to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. • Troubleshoot and optimize call routing, call quality, and VOIP connectivity issues to enhance system reliability. • Work with Cisco collaboration tools such as WebEx and Jabber to support enterprise communication needs. • Apply knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, QoS, and TCP/IP, to enhance voice and data integration. • Ensure network security best practices are followed within the voice infrastructure, including securing SIP trunks, voice gateways, and call control components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support unified communications and security policies. • Analyze and resolve complex voice network and security-related issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices. |
