Key Responsibilities Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve any technical disruptions. Ad-Hoc Reporting: Write and execute SQL queries to generate on-demand reports tailored to business or user needs. User Support: Respond to and resolve user requests and technical issues promptly, ensuring a seamless user experience. Shift-Based Support: Provide application support on a 24/7 schedule, working in shifts to meet the needs of the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SQL for writing and executing queries. Basic knowledge of Linux for system navigation and troubleshooting.
