Senior BI Engineer – POM – Operations  

Experience  

 3-5 years 

Requirements and responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.  

• Implement efficient data models and DAX calculations to ensure optimal report performance.  

• Work with Data Engineers and BI Architects to ensure the semantic layer is optimized for analytics.  

• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) in Power BI.  

• Optimize data refresh schedules, caching strategies, and report load times.  

• Ensure proper data validation and reconciliation between source systems and reports.  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine visualization best practices and user experience.  

• Maintain version control and governance policies for Power BI assets.
