Responsibility 

• Working alongside senior business leaders to discover and design automation opportunities that will deliver productivity for multiple customers (especially Lifesciences domain preferred)
• Creating automated solutions using all aspects of the UiPath platform with key expertise in Document Understanding & AI Center . Hands-on experience of Studio, Process Mining Apps
• Follow UiPath and Industry good practices
• Liaison with business and key staff of the account team for new opportunities
• Review Design and challenge teams to implement the right framework ( beyond the RE framework )
• Develop reusable library & also mentor young members on UiPath product roadmap
• Supporting the Development & Operations team & lead in tough conversations
• Ad hoc duties as required.
• Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Engineering background ( Comp Science) with atleast 10 years of overall experience 
• Experience in developing and implementing automated processes using UiPath Intelligent Automation Platform – Document Understanding & Action Centre
• At least 3 to 5 years of automation experience is mandatory.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer will be preferred
• Nice to have – Chatbots with RASA, Action Centre, Assistant, Apps, AI Centre, Process Mining and Task Mining
• Knowledge of working with UiPath cloud-based Orchestrator
• Individual contributor experience is key from a problem solving perspective 
• Able to articulate and simplify complex technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Part of UiPath & Automation communities and ability to bring network connections on need basis
• Experience in both business & IT automation projects

Desirable Skills /Experience

• Experience in a Software delivery team with hands on experience of delivering solutions throughout the delivery life cycle as well as maintenance of production processes/systems
• Experience of working for US / Europe customers is a must
• Nice to have the experience in other automation tools especially Power Automate and AI/ML development
